Utilities Partner Framework

The Utilities Partner Framework will be a fully compliant framework which will help the public sector address requirements in the areas of utility and fuel supply, management, forecasting and budgetary control. More specifically this multi supplier framework will offer the provision of energy, utilities management and consultancy services for the wider public sector with no limitation on the size of the energy procurement. Examples of procurement requirements that the Utilities Partner Framework can assist contract authorities with, includes the supply of mains gas, electricity, metering agreements and potentially liquid fuels, biomass and water. The Utilities Partner Framework will also at a later point extend to cover water and sewerage services.

The utilities partners of the Utilities Partner Framework are also able to provide complementary services including bureau support, bill validation, portfolio management, audits of historic invoicing to identify and recover overpayments and includes the following ancillary services delivered by experts in their field:

Who Can Access The Framework

This Utilities Partner Framework can be accessed by NHS and Public Sector Organisations and is open to all public sector bodies in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The participating Authority engages EcoVate and Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to gain access to the Utilities Partner Framework.
