Who Can Access The Framework

The SEAM Framework can be accessed by NHS and Public Sector Organisations and is open to all public sector bodies in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The participating Authority engages EcoVate and Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to gain access to the SEAM Framework.

Using The Framework

The SEAM Framework allows for direct award or a mini-competition option to determine the best value for money.
